Garden: The front yard is super spacious, and the property is fenced. Enjoy the different lounge or sitting areas or grab your mat and find a spot to do your workout. And you can contribute to the compost if you want.

Parking:

Free parking for guests is right in front of the property, outside of the fence on the grass. There is a two-lane street in front, which get's somewhat busy at rush hour.

Location:

Little Haiti/Little River is centrally located and very well connected. Here are some distances for you: 12 min from/to the airport 15 min drive to the beach - to South Beach or North Shore open beach park 7 min into the heart of Wynwood 6 min to the Design District 13 min to Vizcaya The I-95 is around the corner and is the main connector that allows you to be pretty much anywhere fast (well, except for rush hour that is).

Getting around:

A car is recommended, Uber/Lyft works great, and public transport is right in front of the house (bus and trolley). Free parking is available on our property (outside the fence) and free street parking.
Bikes: We have 2 guest bikes available. They are shared with our other rental unit, but usually, no problem to coordinate.
